Information we receive

Our partnership inquiry form collects your name, company, email, and partnership interest, plus any optional phone number, service area, website, or message you provide. Please do not include homeowner details in that form. If you contact us by email, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send. This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, prepare proposals, schedule work, provide service, maintain business records, and protect our business and customers. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and service providers

Our hosting, email, security, and other business providers process information needed to operate their services. Partnership inquiries are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. We use technical request records and hashed network identifiers to limit abuse and prevent duplicate emails. These application records do not contain the form contents or raw IP addresses. Expired rate-limit records and request records older than 30 days are removed when a later inquiry is successfully sent. They may remain longer during periods without successful inquiries. Hosting providers may separately retain technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request times.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Homeowner project questions

When you choose to start the homeowner questions, we save your selected answers, project ZIP code, steps visited, interaction times, form errors and any optional reason you give for stopping. This includes unfinished surveys. A random session identifier connects your progress within the same browser tab; it does not identify you by name or track you across other websites. We do not record keystrokes, screen recordings or contact fields as you type. You can use phone or email instead.

Your name, email, optional phone and message are transmitted only when you choose Send my project. We send these details and your project answers through Resend to our business inbox. Contact fields are not stored in the survey analytics database. Anonymous answers may become identifiable when you submit an inquiry with the same reference. Temporary tab storage holds your project choices so you can resume; it does not hold your contact fields.

Survey analytics help us understand project demand and which questions are difficult. Inactive sessions indicate where someone stopped, not necessarily why. Survey sessions and their events are removed 90 days after they started, on the next survey or owner-report request; records can remain longer during periods without activity. Inquiry emails are retained under our normal business-record practices. Hashed network identifiers are used for short-term rate limiting. The application does not save raw IP addresses; hosting providers may keep their own technical logs.
